How long will my order take to process?

For available products, please allow one to three business days to process your order and ship (excluding weekends and holidays) once you receive your order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive another notification with your tracking number.

For preorders, we try our best to communicate the expected shipping date. We try our best to process all orders promptly.

U.S. domestic shipping rates

We offer $5 flat rate shipping within the United States for orders under $50. We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more. 

Where do you ship products?

We ship domestically in the United States. Shipping times may vary, but we expect it will take 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Please check back regularly for any updates. Otherwise, send us an email at to inquire about your country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
